"Big Daddy" What?

It was a simple, one time joke. After we found out Jenn was pregnant, I jokingly told her that from now on, she should call me "Big Daddy." (pronounced "Daddeh")

I continued the fun at work when I told my HR manager about it, then added on the the best Elvis voice I could, "Thankyuu. . . Thankyuuu vereh much. . . "

and a little Joey Tribiani "How Youuuuu Doin?"

And that was the end. Next thing I know, "Kim Reeder a.k.a. 'Big Daddy'" ends up on the board in the manager's office and random associates start walking by me in the aisle, "What's up 'Big Daddeh?'" And it's all over from there. Can't say I'm surprised. Or that I mind. In fact, It's fun. But it just goes to prove that old saying, "When you spit into the wind, don't be surprised if you get wet." That's not exactly an old saying, but you get the point.
