Welcome to my humble blog...Jennifer and I met while we worked at Home Depot back in 1998. We were married in 2003, and now I am all alone at the Depot. We love our two boys, Thomas and Joshua, and our other two kids, Baby Girl (Lab mix) and T.J. (Chow/Shep Mix). There is no telling what you might find on here. It's all very random. I earned a Master's of Divinity degree (M. Div.) from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN, and did some additional work at Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Jennifer is a stay at home mom and the Principal, Teacher, and Administrator of Reeder Christian Academy for our two boys. Since 2008, we have lived in Tyronza, Arkansas, where I am the Pastor at Barton Chapel Baptist Church.

Enter your email address and I'll let you know when I post something new. (What a great idea!)

I'm probably more excited about this than you are!

Ok. I swore to myself that I wouldn't be this way. I'm gonna be the normal first time dad anyway. Jenn had an ultrasound done on Wednesday to make sure everything was going ok. Everything is just fine. If you are medically inclined, you understand this picture. But for those of you like me, that little black dot above the middle of the text is where the baby is. Right now, you can't see him/her by ultrasound because he's/she's so small, less than one centimeter the Doc said. But aparently this is what they want to see at this point in the pregnancy! Yes, me and Jenn might be a little goofy for getting excited and posting what looks to you like a fuzzy black dot. But we knew it would be like this. So its ok that you aren't jumping up and down. Really. . .it is.

I'm even less sure that this will work, but I'm loving this blog! Kristi warned me about the photo of the test strip (read, Jenn's pee on the internet), but I looked anyway. This is great!
